Welcome to the Northgate Senior Walkers! Our club is all about staying active, meeting new friends, and having fun while enjoying a healthy lifestyle.

Membership

Annual membership fee: $15.00 (January – December)
Registration is collected each year from October 1 to December 31 for the following year.

FUN & FRIENDSHIP

Monthly Meetings

When: Held the first Wednesday of each month (no meetings in July & August)
Time: 9:00 AM
Location: Northeast Community Centre (205 Hamilton St.)

Monthly Banquets

When: Held the third Friday of each month (no banquets in July & August)
Location: Northeast Community Centre
Time: Doors open at 4:45 PM | Dinner: 5:30 PM

Tours & Outings

Members can enjoy planned bus tours and city trips throughout the year with Engelheim Charter Inc. & City Tours.

FITNESS

Walking Club

When: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Many members gather in the Food Court for morning coffee
Lockers are provided for club members.

Exercise Program

Monday to Friday: 8:30 – 9:15 AM
Located beside Foot Locker
Led by certified Forever in Motion instructors
Waiver required before participating

SPECIAL TRADITIONS
💙 Blue Tuesday
Every Tuesday, members are encouraged to wear their blue Walker’s shirt!
