Regina's Neighbourhood Mall

Northgate Mall opened in 1965 and has been part of north Regina ever since. Over six decades, anchors have come and gone — Woolco became Walmart, Walmart moved out, Target came and left, Lowe's opened and closed. What remained through all of it was the same thing that's kept the doors open: a mix of everyday stores, services, and dining that people in this part of the city actually use.

We're not trying to be the fanciest mall in Regina. We're the one that's easy to get to, easy to park at, and has what you need without making a day of it.

Where We Are

We're at the corner of Albert Street North and the Ring Road — 7 minutes from East Regina, with straightforward access from Highways 6, 11, and the Ring Road. Parking is free and there's plenty of it.

What's Here

Our anchor tenants are Safeway, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Dollarama. Beyond that, you'll find fashion at Ardene, Cleo, Ricki's, Northern Reflections, and Boutique of Leathers. Best Buy Express opened in 2024 for electronics and Bell telecom services. FYidoctors handles eye care. Magicuts, His & Her Beauty Salon, Shree Brow Studio, and Star Nails cover personal care. H&R Block is here for tax season. Foot Locker, Fabricland, Fine Stitch, and a travel agency round out the service mix.

For food, the options include Dairy Queen, Orange Julius, A&W, Heavenly Sweets, Cow N Potato, Hung Kitchen, Chick N Veggies, King's Head Tavern, and Osmow's Shawarma. Starbucks and Arby's are both in freestanding locations on the property.

There's a kids' play area inside, natural light throughout from the skylights, and a regular calendar of community events.
